What is HKBuzz.com ?
HKBuzz.com is a new innovative, international and FREE English based advertising service that allows advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers and verified buyers by displaying their text link advertisement on our Surf Ads page.
Also, HKBuzz is a ad-revenue sharing program allow members earn an extra stream of income by viewing advertisement
and completing simple tasks.

How does it work?
You simply view a websites or an ad in at least 25 ~ 35 second sessions via the Surf Ads page. Once the seconds is up and clicking the right button or words then system will auto credit your account from $0.01 HKD up to $0.02 HKD for each ad you visited.

Can I have more than one account?
No. There is no need to maintain more than one account. If you've lost your login information, you can request to have it.
If you are caught with more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will not receive any earnings.

How much money can I make?
We pay you from $0.01 HKD up to $0.02 for each website you visit and 6% up to 60% for each website your referrals visit. There is no limit in the amount of websites you visit or referrals that you obtain.
Your earning possibilities are virtually endless.

How do I refer others?
Use your unique referral code found within the user area "My Stats". And you can simply earn $20.00 for just referring 1000 people to join HKBuzz as a Paid To Promote(PTP).

How often are the statistics updated?
Stats are updated immediately.

How & When do I get paid?
You can request for payment once you're account balance is at least $2.00. We will review your account quickly. After you have pass our review, your payment will be processed and issued via Paypal within 1~10 business days for free members & within 2hrs ~ 3 business days for Premier members. Withdraw limit will raise after you cashout. You can only request one payment at the time.

If i get warning or error code while loading page, what should i do?
If you are getting error or warning code message while loading page or surfing ads, try refresh / reload page.

*If you are requesting Paypal payments, please read https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ and check you can receive payments. Only the countries in the 'Localised' and 'Send. Receive. Withdraw.' tables can receive money. The others cannot. We won't take any responsibility for money not received because of this. For user who cannot receive payout via paypal, can convert balance to advertising.

What is HKBuzz Business Day / Working Day?
HKBuzz.com's business day is Monday To Saturday From 9.30 a.m(GMT Time 1.30 a.m) to 9.00 p.m(GMT Time 1.00 p.m). Not include Sunday and holiday.

What is Paypal?
Paypal is the payment processing solution that we use to pay our members.

Why did I get paid less then what I was owed?
If you have a business account with Paypal, they charge a transfer fee plus an additional base fee when you receive funds.

Why I can't see HKBuzz website fully?
If you are using FireFox or other browsers, please change to IE 7.0(or above) to view HKbuzz web page. Because our website currently only work fully on IE 7.0 or above with Windows Vista.

How does the advertising work?
When you order an advertising package, we first approve the site and then insert it on the Surf Ads page. All new ad entries appear at the top of the list. We only charge you for unique visits that our members generate. All outside visits are free. For instance, you may order 1,000 visits but you may receive 1,025 or more visits because of non-members checking out the Surf Ads page. You're essentially getting more for your money.

Are my visits guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee that you will receive at least the amount of traffic that you ordered.

Is each visit unique from the last?
Each visit is unique on a scale of 24 hours. Meaning, you will only be charged for the same visitor once per 24 hours. On the Surf Ads page, the "Member Visits" counts the unique visits from members and the "Guest Visits" counts each page hit from non-members.

Why did my ad end so quickly?
Smaller purchases like the 1000 visit ads usually expire within 24 hrs. Sometimes even sooner! That because we - HKBuzz.com generally has 20 - 200 users online at a time and giving you 1000+ hits per day.

What is the meaning of HKBuzz Verified Buyers ?
HKBuzz Verified Buyers means those hkbuzz users whom had showed their purchase power by ordered at least one advertisement package.
