HKBuzz - Terms of Services
This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or  Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User" or "Advertiser") and HKBuzz.com sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. 

 ********************** Terms For Members & Users Of HKbuzz  ********************** 

1)	Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join us without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.

2)	HKBuzz only accept members that is 17 years old or older. You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you. 

3)	You may refer other people in your household. However, they must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique Paypal & Alertpay address/account to register with our program.

4)	We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.

5)	Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to Auto-click,Auto-surf,Ad-alert or circumvent or defraud HKBuzz.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

6)	All payments are made via Paypal. You can request for payment once your account balance is $1.00 or more. Your payment will be processed and issued via Paypal within 1 ~ 20 business days for free members & within 2hrs ~ 10 business days for Upgrade members. Withdraw limit will raise after you cashout. You can only request one payment at the time.

7)	You must at least know English to join our program. Also for members can only write English text when open support ticket, tickets with other languages will be delete and will not be review and take reply. 

8)	For Members - Our current pay rate is $0.02 ~ $0.01 HKD for each sponsor paid link you visit and 5% ~ 50% for each website your direct referrals visit. Withdraw limit is $1 HKD for 1st time. Pay rate & Withdraw limit(1st Time) is fluctuate depending on the sales of advertisement. A table will show the update of the pay rate and Withdraw limit(1st Time) and you can find that table on your member area.

9)	You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer. We have no referral limit on any type of members.

10)	After you have receive your payment,you must post your payment proof with a img( .jpg or .Gif or .Png ) at Our forum( http://ccxs.bforum.biz/index.htm ) In order to receive your next payout.

11)	If you purchase an upgrade or refs pack then reverse the payment after you had received all items, you will be listed be scammer, lose your account and your details will show out on our page to prevent crime.  

12) HKbuzz accept members from all countries, but due to the huge amount of cheaters found in some countries, in order to protect hkbuzz advertisers benefits,

*** 12 A. Clickers from Mainland China, Iran cannot have upline & downlines, also they must verify their account & prove purchase power by purchase our Verify Package become a Verified Member before request payout or withdraw. Otherwise their payout/withdraw request will not be process. 

*** 12 B. Clickers from Poland, Taiwan, Vietnam, Pakistan  cannot have upline & downlines, also they must verify their account & prove purchase power by purchase our Verify Package become a Verified Member before request payout. Otherwise they will only receive half amount of thier withdraw request. 

*** 12 C.For Clickers from Macau, HongKong, Indonesia, Malaysia don't need to show purchase power to get paid. HKBuzz accept single clickers(Single Clickers means cannot have upline & downlines) from those countries. But if they want to have referrals, hkbuzz require them to purchase our Verify Package become a Verified Member in order to have downlines. Otherwise their payment will be cancel and there is not issue refund, also thier account may suspended by against HKBuzz teams. 

*** 12 D. For All HKBuzz members, please read https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ and check you can receive payments. Only the countries in the 'Localised' and 'Send. Receive. Withdraw.' tables can receive money. The others cannot. We won't take any responsibility for money not received because of this. For user who cannot receive payout via paypal, need to earn at least $8 to request a Alertpay cashout.

If you are not able to receive payments but submit a cashout request, your request may be cancel and charge a $0.30 fees then your account balance will refund back to your account.

13)	You cannot submit HKBuzz.com website URL with your username / refer link at search engine as Yahoo,Google..etc,to referring people otherwise ! 

14)	By accept HKBuzz Terms, you agree to receive newsletters and site's update mail message from us.  

15)	By joining HKBuzz.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

16)	For Members - HKBuzz have a refund policy that is fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

17)	You are not an employee of HKBuzz.com and you are not an independent contractor for HKBuzz.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or HKBuzz.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

 ********************** Terms For Advertisers  ********************** 

1)	For Advertisers - Advertising fees are to be paid via Paypal or Alertpay both accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers and funds.All sales are final, your payment is non-refundable.Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

2) Although we make a reasonable effort to provide a high quality advertising service, but we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, uptime, timeliness, sccuess or sign up of this services provided.

3) For Website Content - HKBuzz.com distributes adverts on a family safe network. Your adverts or website must at least have 80% english content. We reserve the right to reject any website that contains pornography, spam, racist content, illegal activities and / or illegal software. This includes sites containing adult related products or services. We also reserve the right to refuse any site that redirects to another address, have frame breaker or resizes the browser, any kind of get-paid-to share link website as linkbucks, shorturl and links generate from.

4) For Declined Adverts / Websites -  If your advert or website is declined after you have ordered and paid because of website content, your payment will be refunded via PayPal within 48 hours. If your advert and website is approved, then later you change your site's content to something that violates the Website Content terms, your campaign will be cancelled with no obligation to refund your payment. HKbuzz reserves the right to make decision as final. 

5) All Adverts Order will be review & process within/upto 48 hours after payment completed. For PayPal eCheck (eCheque) payment order, your advert will be stay in Pending stats until your eCheck (eCheque) payment has been clean & we have receive your fund, after your payment is cleaned, your order will be review and process within 24 hrs.

1)	Liability: HKBuzz.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. HKBuzz.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. HKBuzz.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.

2) Reserves: Hkbuzz.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename on any products, services, members account, HKbuzz webpage content at any time with or without notice. 

3) Copyright: HKBuzz.com is copyright Since 2009 June 3. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying HKBuzz.com at all times.
